Travel ClubMx is a digital platform and private travel club operating in Mexico, offering quoting, monitoring and booking services for flights, stays and vacation packages through our website, WhatsApp Business and social media.

We only collect the information you voluntarily share with us to quote or issue your trips:

• To quote: profile name, phone number (WhatsApp) and trip details (origin, destination, approximate dates, number of travelers and budget).
• To book: passengers' full names, the airline's confirmation code, and itineraries or documents you share with us for issuing tickets or boarding passes.

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate and send you personalized quotes.
• Process and issue your flight or hotel bookings.
• Provide assistance and follow-up before, during and after your trip.
• Send you flash-fare alerts and promotions — you can ask to stop receiving these at any time, just message us directly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share only the information strictly necessary with the final providers of your trip (airlines, hotels and wholesale consolidators) so they can officially issue your tickets and bookings.

All messaging support runs through WhatsApp Business (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.), subject to its own privacy policies.

Our website uses analytics tools like Meta Pixel to measure traffic and understand how visitors interact with the page (for example, when you contact us on WhatsApp from the site). This helps us optimize site performance and show relevant advertising on social media.

Your data is stored on protected digital infrastructure. Today it is not deleted automatically or on a set schedule — it is kept for as long as we maintain a relationship with you, and remains stored until you request its removal (see "Controlling and deleting your data").
